Terms of sale

Parties

These terms apply to orders placed with It Grafisk AS («we», «us»), org. no. 983 930 530 MVA, Skoglistubben 21, 1470 Lørenskog, Norway, through this shop. The shop runs on the GutenLex platform; GutenLex Technologies AS operates the technology and is not a party to the sale.

Order and confirmation

An order placed in the shop is an order request. A binding agreement is made when we confirm the order by e-mail with final price and delivery date. We may decline a request without giving a reason. Prices are shown excluding VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise; the confirmed price applies.

Print files and proofs

You are responsible for the content and the technical quality of the print files you send (format, bleed, resolution, colour space — see «What we make»). We print what we receive and do not proofread. If a file does not meet the requirements we contact you before production.

Delivery

Delivery date and shipping terms are stated in the order confirmation. Delays caused by late or faulty files postpone the delivery date accordingly.

Payment

Invoice from It Grafisk AS after confirmation, with the payment terms stated on the invoice. We may hold an order until an overdue invoice is paid.

Cancellation and right of withdrawal

Printed products are made to your specification and cannot be resold. Cancellation after production has started is only possible against the costs incurred. For consumers: custom-made goods are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Complaints

Check the delivery on receipt. Complaints are sent to itgrafisk@print.page within 8 days (consumers: within a reasonable time). We remedy defects by reprinting or a price reduction.

Law and disputes

The law of Norway applies. Disputes are brought before the ordinary courts at our place of business; consumers may use their statutory alternatives.

Privacy

Who is responsible

It Grafisk AS, org. no. 983 930 530 MVA, is the data controller for personal data in orders placed in this shop. Contact: itgrafisk@print.page.

What we process and why

Name, e-mail address, company, your message and the print files you send — to answer your request, confirm and produce the order, invoice it and handle complaints. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legal obligations (bookkeeping).

Processors

GutenLex Technologies AS (Norway) runs the shop and the order system on our behalf as a data processor. Print files are stored under their cryptographic fingerprint and deleted 90 days after upload unless the order requires longer. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing, by writing to itgrafisk@print.page. You may also complain to the data protection authority in Norway.

The open register

The technical specification of your order (format, paper, colours — never your name, price or file) is registered as a fingerprint in the open PTPGE register so the print can be verified later. It contains no personal data.

Version 2026-11-03 · This text's fingerprint (SHA-256) is stored with every order placed under it.
